London, March 22.—The News says it regrets to learn that although Lord Rosebery has recovered from his recent attack of influenza he is still suffering from insomnia, in regard to which trouble no great improvement can be reported. The change from London to Epsom has not yet produced the desired effect and his lordship is still unable to attend to any but the most important business.
