A correspondent of the American at Westchester, Pennsylvania, who accompanied Sheriff Gill with the prisoner Udderzook from Baltimore, telegraphed to-day: "Yesterday afternoon your correspondent went to Penningtonville and visited the locality of the great crime, and had the body of the mysterious agent exhumed. The corpse, although greatly decomposed, still showed the shape of the head, and general contour of the features very perfectly. Comparing it with a photograph of Goss, the similarity was noticed by all. A seal ring, the same that was found in the wagon, has been identified as having belonged to Goss, and other circumstantial evidence has been brought out which, in the opinion of all, establishes the identity of the murdered man, W. S. Goss."
