ST. LOUIS, July 17.

On the 4th of July Thomas Dunkin and William Frehan had a difficulty in which the former struck the latter three terrible blows on the head with a heavy stone pitcher, fracturing his skull. Frehan died last night from the effects of the blows, and Dunkin was arrested this evening on the charge of murder.
