This corporation's purpose is the cutting of logs and lumber and conveying the same to market, building and operating mills for sawing and cutting lumber, shingles, ties and other products manufactured from lumber, constructing and operating tramways to be run either by steam or horse power, to do a general milling, logging, lumbering and timber business anywhere in the state of Texas. Incorporators: W. C. Teter of Minneapolis, Minn.; D. A. Nunn, A. H. Woofers, John B. Smith, A. A. Aldrich of Crockett, Tex.; J. H. Ratcliff of Ratcliff, Tex., and T. F. Joiner of Coltharp, Tex.
