1 min readLast night the members of the Austin club held their annual meeting at the club rooms for the purpose of hearing of the operations of the club during the past year and to elect a new directory for the ensuing year.
The secretary's report showed a substantial improvement in the financial condition of the club.
The following list of directors were elected for the ensuing year by a unanimous vote of the meeting, without ballot: Messrs. Lewis Hancock, L. M. Openheimer, Jno. L. Peeler, F. C. Gallagher, A. G. Smoot, H. P. Haldeman, A. C. Goeth, Richard Corner, David Harrell, L. L. Crawford and W. S. Drake.
The directors will hold a meeting Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock for the purpose of electing the officers for the ensuing year. A full attendance of the directory is desired.
