Walker P. Coyle and James Dennison, who were arrested by Sheriff Slater and Under Sheriff Martin shortly after the Studzinski murder on suspicion of being implicated in the crime, were released from the county jail yesterday afternoon, there not being sufficient evidence on which to hold them longer.

Ed. Tubbs and James Partent, who were arrested recently in Yellowstone county on suspicion of having been concerned in the same crime, are still in the county jail, and will remain there some time yet, while the officers are engaged in running down clews.

There are no further developments in regard to the case that the officers can make public at this time, but everything possible is being done to get at the bottom of the horrible affair.
