Last afternoon the Austin Athletic association of Austin filed its charter with the secretary of state. Capital stock, $4000. Purpose: The supporting and maintaining therein of a baseball club, and other sports. Incorporators and directors: V. J. Smith, L. K. Hill, George MacDonnell, J. E. Kauffman, Curr Lucy, S. M. Torbet und R. Mobley.
