All property belonging to the estate has been sold for the sum of $33,674.08; money and rents received, $2032.03. Out of this sum $21,000 in legacies and $4,795 various costs and expenses have been paid. All above the legacies and expenses goes to Mr. Columbus Burns of DeWitt county.
