1 min readThe second flowing well has been struck on the farm of J. W. Lee, near Chandler. The flow of water is said to be much stronger than that of all the other wells in the district combined. We understand that the force raises the column of water sixteen inches higher than the top of the stand-pipe. If this is true, it would indicate a flow of 6,000 gallons per hour. The stream was struck at a comparatively shallow depth, less than two hundred feet.
