KOROSKO, Feb. 10. A despatch says: Cols. Wilson and Wortley, who were known to have narrowly escaped from Khartoum, arrived at Korosko from Dubat four days out. They brought the news of Gen. Gordon's death. It is learned that one of the treacherous pashas among Gen. Gordon's forces marched the garrison to the side of the town nearest Omdurman, saying that the rebel attack was expected at that point. In the meantime another treacherous pasha opened the gates at the other end and allowed the Mahdi's troops to enter and they easily captured the town. Gen. Gordon was stabbed just as he was leaving the government house.
